Sometimes slower is better - especially when it comes to the speed at which protein is digested.

While fast protein absorption is preferable just before or after exercise, it is probably more beneficial to digest protein throughout the rest of the day.

Casein proteins are pH sensitive and gellingu acidgastric environment. As a result, it can take more than twice as long for caseins to be broken down into their amino acid components than this occurs with wheyu and othersem proteinsem. Because of their unique properties, caseins are considered to be anti-catabolicem and muscle-protectiveem proteinsem.

So you'll get:

24 g of slow-digesting casein-based protein instantized in a blend ofu
Enrichu with highly anticatabolic micellar casein
Over 9 g of BCAAs, glutamine and glutamine precursors per scoop
Only 3-4 g of carbohydrates
