Proteinella - protein hazelnut chocolate cream without added sugar and palm oil, which is also enriched with protein.

Proteinella is a protein cream with the beneficial nutrients whey protein, fibre and vitamins. It contains only 6.6 grams of sugar per 100 grams and has no added sugars.

The sweetener used is malt sugar, which is an alcohol sugar - its caloric value is about 70% lower than that of regular sugar. It also has a glycaemic index about 50% lower than sucrose (regular sugar). This means that it does not raise blood sugar levels like regular sugar, so Proteinella is also suitable for diabetics.

It also contains fibre, which slows down the absorption of sugars and thus further slows down the rise in blood sugar levels. What about fat? They are present in proportional amounts, mainly from hazelnuts and cocoa ( hazelnut and cocoa flavours respectively), which contain natural antioxidants and vitamins in addition to healthy fats. Proteinella is made from sunflower and coconut oil and is palm oil free. It also boasts a great taste and a soft texture.
