Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (from lanolin) (vitamin D), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), menachinon-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide.
Manufactured in a facility that uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish, and fish.
Usage
Adults - take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily, preferably after a meal.
Warnings: It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use. The product is intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Recommended are balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
