Ingredients

Fish oil, capsule shell (bovine gelatine, humectant (glycerol), purified water).

May contain milk (including lactose), soya bean, oat or egg particles.

Use

Recommended daily dose for adults: take 1 softgel 1-2 times daily with a meal, with plenty of liquid.
