OstroVit MSM Plus is a dietary supplement, which is a source of methylsulfonylmethane, also known as organic sulfur. In addition, the preparation has been enriched with valuable ingredients such as vitamin C and glucosamine.

Although organic sulfur is part of many different food products, only a small amount of the compound reaches the human body, which can be used by the body, which results from the fact that MSM is a very delicate compound, which is easily degraded, i.a. as a result of cooking or pasteurization, as well as freezing or irradiation of food. Therefore, a good solution may be to provide the compound to the body also in the form of dietary supplements.
Glucosamine is an organic chemical compound that is an amino derivative of glucose. It is a substance, which is synthesized in small amounts in the body and the ability to produce it decreases with age. However, the compound can be delivered to the body with food - The substance is found in seafood - in chitinous shells of crustaceans, as well as in the form of dietary supplements.
OstroVit preparation uses glucosamine sulphate, i.e. the form of the compound, which is considered the most bioavailable, which makes the compound stand out for better bioavailability than other forms of the substance.
Vitamin C, also referred to as ascorbic acid, is an organic chemical compound from the group of polyhydroxy alcohols. It is a water-soluble vitamin, which as an exogenous substance must be supplied to the body from the outside - with food or in the form of dietary supplements, which results from the fact that the human body is not able to synthesize the compound on its own. Vitamin C can be found primarily in fresh vegetables and fruit - The substance is found in black currants, strawberries, kiwi, as well as in peppers, Brussels sprouts or cabbage.

Ingredients
Methylsulfonylmethane (contains anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), D-glucosamine sulfate 2KCL (from shellfish), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, fish.
Usage
The recommended daily dose of 2 g (2 scoops) is mixed with 100-150 ml of water or juice.
Consume 1 serving a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
Please use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml).
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption. Dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet.
