L-Carnitine has been around for decades for one main reason - it really works. It uses the body's fat stores, supporting the transport of fatty acids to the muscle mitochondria where they can be burned as energy. Muscle has the highest concentration of carnitine in the body, which is why it is important for athletes.
Green Apple flavour: Water, L-carnitine L-tartrate, flavour (green apple), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), preservative (sodium benzoate), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K). May contain milk (including lactose), soya bean, oat or egg particles.
Suggested daily dose: Take one to two servings per day (15-30 ml), which can be measured with the cork attached to the bottle, 30 minutes before training.
